About Valisle

I have been knitting since I was a child. However, I decided to go to College in my early thirties to learn about Fashion and Design. 

It was several years later that circumstances allowed me to concentrate on making a business out of my knitting.  I first started selling my handmade knitwear, when I was living on the Isle of Islay. I sold my items mainly at the Craft Fairs, Made On Islay organised.  

After moving to the Mainland I continued to sell my items at Craft Fairs.  Covid has put a stop to Craft Fairs and not knowing when or if they would be allowed to open again, I decided to try and sell my items on line.  Having been successful using Market Place on Facebook  I decided to take the next step and here I am.
